How to buy
If you know what you want, just click on the appropriate menu item at the left. After you have one or more items in your "shopping basket," click on "Checkout" to enter your address and credit card information and to select your shipping method. For your protection, your credit card information only remains on the server for a maximum of one business day and then is permanently deleted.
When you get to the page listing the product code and price, click on the underlined product name to get a detailed description, larger photo, and a list of related products.
Important Information for International Customers
For international credit card orders we generally require shipping and billing address to be the same. We may also require additional information to reduce the risk of fraud. Prepayment may also be made by wire transfer an international money order payable in US dollars or a bank/cashiers check drawn off of a US bank in US dollars.
To order by credit card, use the normal online store process and select "request international shipping quote". When we email you with the shipping quote, we may also request that you provide additional information by fax. If you have questions, you may email us at any time sales@kinesis.com
If you wish to order by wire transfer, money order or bank cashiers check email sales@kinesis.com
with the products that you are interested in as well as your method of payment. We will respond with a quote for the total amount including shipping and handling charges.
