Terms
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your
card is never charged until the day we ship.
• If a credit card payment is not possible, we accept
purchase orders (payment net 30) from major corporations and institutions. If
you wish to place a purchase order, contact Kinesis by phone to discuss
what credit information may be required.
• You can mail a check in advance or request COD payment
terms - Company COD's only, we do not accept COD's from individuals
(COD requires an additional charge levied by the carrier). You
should contact Kinesis Sales to discuss these options or other special
payment requirements.
1. Credit Card Payment. Be
sure to include the following details:
• Shipping address and phone number (include your
fax number if available). For corporate deliveries, be sure to
include details such as building and room number and recipients
name. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO addresses
without special arrangements and possibly extra charges.
• Billing address of credit card and phone number
• Credit card type (Visa, MasterCard or Amex)
• Credit card number and expiration date and NAME as
it appears on the card
• Card Verification Value (CVV), 3-digit number located
on the back of your credit card for Visa and MasterCard or the 4-digit
number on the front of your Amex card.
• The items you wish to order (Kinesis catalogue numbers
and brief descriptions and expected price). Please indicate if you
want a partial shipment if your complete order is not able to ship at one
time.
• Desired shipping method (ground, second day or next
day)
• Once the items have been shipped, a copy of your credit
card receipt will be mailed to you separately.
Note: For your protection, Kinesis utilizes an address
verification system. If your card issuer does not support such a
feature, Kinesis may request additional information.
2. Purchase Order Payment You must first confirm with a Kinesis sales person that your company
or institution is authorized to place orders on terms (we do not
accept international purchase orders). Be sure to include
the following details:
• Shipping address and phone number (include your fax
number if available). For corporate deliveries, be sure to include details
such as building and room number and recipients name. We cannot ship
to post office boxes or APO addresses without special arrangements and
possibly extra charges.
• Billing address and contact person's name, phone
number. Purchase order must be properly signed and authorized
and must state payment terms of no longer than 30 days ("Net
30").
• The items you wish to order (Kinesis catalogue numbers
and brief descriptions and expected price). Please indicate if you
want a partial shipment if your complete order is not able to ship
at one time.
• Desired shipping method (ground, second day or next
day)

• If product is available, it normally ships within
two business days after receiving your order.
• Refurbished products: generally only contoured keyboards
(all models) and Maxims are available as refurbished products. Contact
Kinesis Sales for availability
and pricing.
Shipping
Options
• Continental U.S. destinations (non-PO, non-APO): UPS
ground, UPS Next Day & UPS Second day. Shipping/handling
is quoted at the time of order and depends on your location and
the size of your order. However, approximate charges
for a single keyboard are: ground $10, second day $18, and next
day $35.
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: UPS second day or overnight
service is available.
• Non-U.S. destination: please provide detailed
address since each order must be quoted individually.
International Orders: Shipping terms are EX Works Kinesis. Recipient is responsible for all
duties, customs and any other fees charged by their respective country
in association with the shipment of the product. If recipient refuses
shipment, a credit will be issued less the cost of the shipping & handling
fees (including return shipping) plus any fees charged to Kinesis as
mentioned above. For Canadian orders shipped ground, recipient
will be charged (by UPS) a brokerage fee of up to $US35.00 in addition
to any other fees as referred to above.

Back Guarantee
• All products purchased directly from Kinesis qualify
for a 60 day money-back guarantee (except for Kinesis and Neutral
Posture Chairs which have a 30 day money-back and a 35% restocking
fee), excluding shipping/handling charges. Special order items are non-returnable.
• If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact
Kinesis Sales to obtain an RMA number
and shipping instructions. Note: To qualify for these terms,
you must have purchased directly from Kinesis Corporation and must arrange
for and pay the cost of insured return shipping.
• We encourage and support our resellers in providing
similar terms. However, if you purchase from a reseller it is
your responsibility to confirm their return policy and you must deal
directly with the reseller when arranging for a return.

Warranties
• All Kinesis keyboards are sold with a two year
limited warranty.
• All Kinesis non-keyboard products are sold with
a one year Kinesis warranty unless otherwise noted in writing.
In some cases (noted on the product's individual web page) the
original manufacturer may offer a significantly longer warranty.
