Determining Proper Cylinder for the Neutral Posture Chair

To determine the proper cylinder height (how high/low the chair will go) for the Neutral Posture chair perform the following measurement:

Measure from floor to top of kneecap __________________

This measurement should be height of chair with 2-4 degree forward tilt while you are sitting in the chair. Your knees should be lower than your hips.
